Gérard Bertrand Picpoul de Pinet is a crisp, bone-dry white from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, made 100% from the Picpoul (Piquepoul Blanc) grape. It shows bright citrus (lemon-drop), white peach, pear, and a hint of fresh herbs, with refreshing acidity and a clean, lively finish that makes it perfect with oysters, mussels, prawns, and other seafood. The wine is pale gold with green tints, around 12–13% ABV, and is best served chilled at 8–10°C.
